Serving suggestion: Heat 2 tbsps of sunflower oil, add a medium diced onion and fry until softened. Add 224g (8oz) diced tofu and 1/2 jar of Bhuna Curry Paste. Stir continuously for 5 minutes on a medium heat. Add 200g tinned chopped tomatoes. Simmer gently until the tofu is cooked (approx 10/15 mins). Add 2 tbsps plain yogurt and serve with boiled rice and naan bread.
